Who we are
A family office that develops.
Ferrock began in 2022, when families who had built fortunes in energy, logistics, and real assets reached the same conclusion at the same dinner: the AI buildout would need owners, not middlemen.
So we structured differently: a family office that develops, rather than a developer that fundraises. Four years later the platform controls 2.6 GW on two continents and still answers to the same investment committee it started with. The partners sign the interconnection agreements personally.
The platform forms
Ferrock Holdings capitalized by Mercuria and the anchor families.
First ground closes
West Texas acreage under control, with an executed transmission path carried on our own balance sheet.
Brightray alliance
Priority factory capacity secured. The 48 MW block design is frozen and pre-permitted.
Eight months, proven
FRK-TX1 energizes 48 MW eight months after groundbreak. The standard becomes a record.
Two continents
The PAG partnership takes the platform to Johor and Kansai. Controlled pipeline reaches 2.6 GW.
Own the constraint
Whatever is scarcest, we would rather own than schedule around.
