While foundations cure and the substation energizes on site, complete building sections are welded, fitted, and tested hundreds of miles away. The two schedules run at once.

What arrives is not a container. It is a finished slice of a Tier III-design facility, pre-commissioned as it ships.

Built indoors, tested twice

Every block leaves the line with its electrical rooms already energized once. Tested in the factory, commissioned after the crane.

Month by month

How eight months actually happened.

MO 0–1

Release to fabrication

Land already powered, drawings already permitted. The factory cuts steel the week civil crews mobilize.

MO 2–4

Foundations ∥ modules

Piers cure while the first hall reaches 80% fit-out indoors. Long-lead gear, bought at land close, arrives on schedule.

MO 5–6

Set, stack, seal

Ninety-six module sets in six weeks. Commissioning starts in the first hall while the last one is still landing.

MO 7–8

Energize

Backfeed, five-day IST, utility witness. 48 MW live, eight months after the first shovel.
